to you so far. I know that I am a little late
getting this out to you but we have had a very busy
month and I have a lot of information to provide you
with in this month’s newsletter.

SHIPPING UPDATE
WELCOME CANADIAN CUSTOMERS!!! Our Knickknacks now offers shipping to Canada for
our products, including our soy wax candles and our
very popular Curtain Rods and accessories. We will
ship via USPS Airmail Parcel Post to most Canadian
Provinces. Make sure to select the "USPS
Airmail Parcel Post (to Canada)" option
in the Shipping Methods of your Checkout Page.
Please note that if the shipping amount comes to
$999.99 then you will need to contact
Customer Service for estimated
shipping costs. A shipping amount of $999.99 will
show on items such as
112" Curtain Rods,
130" Curtain rods,
Coat Trees,
Weather Vanes with the Lawn Hooks,
Stocking/Ornament Trees,
Fireplace Wood Racks and the
Basket Hangers/Towel Stands. But don’t worry!
This is because these items are either over 60" when
packed or require irregular packaging or multiple
packages for shipping via UPS. Please note that UPS
Ground is the normal way that we ship our wrought
iron products from our warehouse in the contiguous
48 United States. These oversized items will need
to be calculated differently for USPS shipping and
we will need to do it manually on a per order basis
for our Canadian customers which we will be more
than happy to do. For all other items, the shipping
amount will be calculated according to the USPS
Airmail Parcel Post International (Canada) rate
chart.

WROUGHT IRON DESIGNS
Our newest addition, the
Wrought Iron Designs section, has really gained
in popularity. Our customers seem to like the
ability to view all of the products with a
particular design all in one place. We welcome any
comments and suggestions on this section to make
your online shopping experience as pleasant as
possible. We will be adding other sections with
different products as we progress with our online
store.
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100
This has been so popular that we feel we must continue it for
our customers. So, we will be extending this
Special Shipping until the end of April so that you
can use it for your Easter and Springtime online
shopping.
