We have have received feedback from a number of our online customers with regard to shipping costs. Many have had concerns about the shipping costs being a significant fraction of the total cost of the order.

We understand this and have addressed it in the past. Our shipping costs are calculated using the UPS OnLine® Tools and are based on the Zip Code that they will be going to as well as the packaged ship-weight provided by our manufacturers. This shipping cost includes any box charges and handling fees charged by our manufacturers to package and drop ship the item to our customers.

We have, in the past, offered Free Shipping on orders over $100 but that becomes difficult to offer as UPS continues to increase its shipping charges.

If we can find a way to offer Free Shipping on all of our items then we will be happy to try and do so. This would mean that the shipping costs would come out of our pockets which might be a bit difficult in our current economic climate.
